Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Returns (Perfume Industry Standard)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned if:

• Opened
• Used

2. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• Product is damaged during delivery
• Wrong item delivered

3. Return Timeframe

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Contact via email/WhatsApp with proof (images/video)

4. Refund Process

• After approval and inspection
• Refund processed within 7–10 working days
• Refund via original payment method

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing
• Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled

6. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping cost borne by customer (unless defective product)
